II. Preparing the export license (if necessary) and cargo for exporting.

III. Space booking to freight forwarders or carriers and prepare documents for insurance.

IV. Arranging for customs clearance, including cargo quarantine (if necessary) and related documents.

V. Shipping on board, claiming B/L and settling down the insurance and informing of the importer the delivery of cargo to the carrier.

VI. Negotiation of payment to the local bank with all required documents.
