International trade conventions are prevailing practice, rules and explanation widely acknowledged and accepted by traders and other parties related. The brief summary of such conventions is shown below.

(1) International trade conventions are far less mandatory so that parties to the contract are entitled to alter any terms regulated in the convention.

(2) International trade conventions are biding only if they are acknowledged by legislation or some international conventions.

(3) Provided that if the parties to the contract had indicated in the contract that some certain convention would be adopted accordingly, the contract thereby would be bound.
